Service: Refers to our online ride booking platform, including our website, mobile application, and any other related services.

User: Any individual who accesses or uses our Service, including both riders and providers.

Rider: A User who books a ride through our Service.

Provider: A User who offers rides through our Service.

Booking a Ride: Riders can book a ride through our Service by providing their pickup location, destination, and other relevant details. The Service will match the rider with an available provider.

Payment: Riders agree to pay the fare for the ride as determined by our Service. Payment will be processed through our designated payment provider. Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to, service fees, surcharges, or tolls.

Tips: Tips are optional and are entirely at the rider’s discretion. Any tips given will be paid in full to the provider and are not included in the fare or subject to our service fees.

Promotional Offers: From time to time, we may offer promotions or discounts that result in different pricing for different customers. Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated to you at the time of the offer. Prices may vary based on the availability of promotions and your eligibility.

Special Packages: We offer special packages that may include additional services or amenities. These special packages may be priced higher than standard fares. The details and pricing for special packages will be provided at the time of booking, and the price for such packages is non-negotiable.

Damages and Cleaning Fees: If a rider causes damage to the vehicle or creates a mess that requires cleaning, we reserve the right to charge the rider for the costs associated with cleaning or repairs. Such charges will be applied to the card provided for the trip. The rider agrees to pay any such charges promptly upon notification.

Cancellation Policy: Riders may cancel a ride request through our Service. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and other factors as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Provider Requirements: Providers must meet the following criteria:

• - Be at least 25 years old.
• - Possess a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a vehicle that has been reported to and approved by us.
• - Provide rideshare services using the vehicle that has been reported and approved.
• - Not engage in reckless driving or unsafe behavior.
• - Be non-discriminatory and provide services without bias or discrimination against riders based on race, gender, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
• - Not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentations towards riders.
• - Provide accurate information when requested by us or the riders.

Provider Obligations: By accepting a ride request, providers agree to:

• - Arrive at the pickup location on time and provide a professional, courteous service.
• - Follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
• - Ensure that the vehicle is clean and in good working condition for each ride.
• - Treat riders with respect and provide a safe and comfortable ride experience.

Provider Warranties: Providers warrant that:

• - They possess all necessary licenses, certifications, and permits required to legally operate as a provider.
• - Their vehicle is properly insured and maintained to meet our safety and quality standards.
• - They will perform services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Overview: Our Loyalty Rewards Program ("Program") is designed to reward riders for their continued use of our Service. The Program may offer various rewards, discounts, or benefits based on the rider’s accumulated points or other criteria established by us.

Eligibility: All registered riders are eligible to participate in the Program unless otherwise specified. Eligibility may be subject to certain criteria or exclusions, which will be communicated as necessary.

Earning Rewards: Riders can earn rewards through various actions, such as completing rides, referring new users, or participating in special promotions. The specifics of how rewards are earned, including the rate of accumulation and any qualifying actions, will be detailed in our Program materials.

Redeeming Rewards: Accumulated rewards can be redeemed according to the terms specified in our Program materials. Rewards may be applied to future ride fares, used for discounts, or redeemed for other benefits as determined by us.

Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. Any changes to the Program will be communicated to riders, and we will not be liable for any rewards that are not earned or redeemed due to such changes.

Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: - Using our Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. - Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users. - Engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to, providing false information or making false claims.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Service if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Our Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, personal injury or death, or property damage, arising from or related to your use of the services. These third-party providers are not considered agents, apparent agents, actual agents, or employees of NetRyde. While you may use the services to request and schedule transportation, goods, or logistics services with third-party providers, you agree that NetRydeis not responsible or liable for any transportation, goods, or logistics services provided by or not provided by these third-party providers, except as explicitly outlined in these Terms.
