NetRyde ("we," "our," or "us") strives to provide the best possible experience to our riders. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be issued for ride services booked through our platform. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY for trips with driver already assigned

  1. If you cancel before 6 hours from pickup , you will get full refund.
  2. If you cancel less than 6 hours but more than 2 hours before pickup time, you will be charged 10% of the trip's cost.
  3. If you cancel less than 2 hours before pickup time, you will be charged 15% of the trip's cost
